You can book your consultation today by clicking on Book Now below. Once you have confirmed a time you will receive an email confirmation including a link to access the consultation at the selected time.

During the video consultation you will be advised on how to get your tailored plan which will include additional strategies that can support you for up to 4 weeks.

What do I get?

1 x Video consultation

1 x Gabadoo Review - This allows you to provide additional information after your consultation so you can get a tailored plan (called a Gaba Plan) which includes strategies based on what was discussed during the consultation and any additional information you have provided in the Gabadoo Review. More information available here

Afterwards you can continue to access support through Gabadoo from the same therapist if you wish by selecting one of the plans available
